At Lighthouse, we believe that shared leadership strengthens our organization and deepens our practice. Toward this end, Lighthouse employs a co-directorship to run its elementary, secondary and strategic development prorams.

To extend this shared leadership throughout our faculty, Lighthouse has formed a K-12 Leadership Team to inform and lead the school in best practices. This Leadership Team is composed of the following members:
